In the article we consider the mechanism of public-private partnership (PPP), which is an important tool for ensuring innovative development in the conditions of Industry 4.0. Nowadays, when technological processes are rapidly changing, automation of production and digitalization are becoming the main drivers of economic progress, it is important to effectively integrate the resources of the state and the private sector to achieve high results in the development of innovations. PPP in the context of Industry 4.0 encompasses the interaction between state structures, private enterprises, scientific institutions and educational organizations, which contributes to the development of new technologies and business models. The main tasks of the PPP mechanism are to optimize the financing of innovations, reduce risks for private investors, and create a favorable legal and regulatory environment for the development of new technologies. In addition, an important aspect is the development of research and technology clusters, which allow accelerating innovation processes through effective interaction between all partners. The PPP mechanism also helps to solve problems such as financing innovative startups, creating favorable conditions for technology transfer and commercialization of research results. Industry 4.0 involves the use of innovative technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), big data, robotics, which require large investments in research and infrastructure. In this context, PPP acts as an effective mechanism for attracting investments, co-financing large innovation projects, as well as for implementing strategic initiatives that include the development of new technologies, the implementation of digital solutions, and the training of qualified personnel. The implementation of an effective PPP mechanism in the context of Industry 4.0 can significantly increase the competitiveness of the national economy, promote the development of new high-tech enterprises and job creation, as well as ensure sustainable development in a global competitive environment. Therefore, the development and improvement of public-private partnership mechanisms is a necessary condition for the successful transformation of the economy in the era of Industry 4.0.
